In the wheat fields of Xizhai Village, Tianzhuang Town, Pingdu City, Qingdao, local agricultural cooperatives drive wheat press machines to suppress the wheat fields.

CCTV reporter Liu Dong: The suppressed wheat fields have reduced soil gaps and increased their drought resistance. This year, the local government has purchased multiple multi wheel wheat compaction machines, which used to take more than 20 days to complete the compaction work. This year, it only takes less than 5 days to complete.

As the temperature gradually rises, 3.487 million mu of winter wheat in Qingdao is gradually turning green. In large fields of wheat, multiple crop protection drones fly in formation to fertilize and irrigate winter wheat. Multiple automatic sprinkler irrigation machines have also been introduced locally, which can automatically move and spray to complete irrigation.

In addition, more than 1000 agricultural technicians were organized to go deep into the fields to inspect the seedling situation and soil moisture, guiding farmers in scientific management based on local conditions and seedlings.
